        In order to get the visa, we need 7 working days to get the invitation ref number from Iran foreign ministry.
        The needed documents are: a completed visa application form (please Click here to fill the application form),
         the copy of your passport; and also the scan of your former visa if you have traveled to Iran before .
        The file of your passport copy should be qualified as below:
        -Size: 40kb
        -Format: JPEG or GIF
        -Size: 5.5cm *4.3cm
        Type: digital

      • Payment terms

        -    25% Payments to be sent immediately on confirmation of services
        -    25 % -45 Days prior to the date of arrival
        -    Balance 50 % at least 20 days prior to the date of arrival 


      • Cancellation policy

        - For the cancellations received 29-50 days prior to the trip, 75% of the total invoice will be refundable.
        - For the cancellations received 19-30 days prior to the trip, 50% of the total invoice will be refundable.
        - For the cancellations received 11-20 days prior to the trip, 25% of the total invoice will be refundable.
        - For the cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the trip, nothing of the total invoice will be refundable.

        Under Islamic Republic law and regulation, carrying and using  drinks and drug are forbidden
        Women dress code includes the long sleeve, loose shirt or the traditional Iranian dress (Manto) in any color.
        The point is that the arm should not be bared and the leg should be covered down to the ankles.
        Women hair should also be covered; for which the common covering form is scarf
        Men dress code includes any form  of common shirts and pants , except for shorts.

        Bring cash in US dollars or euro. You cannot use credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or ATMs.
        Bring as much cash as you're likly to need, then a bit more.
        The easiest way to change money is at an official money- exchange office.
        The official unit of currency is the Iranian rial. but Iranians almost always talk in terms of tomans, a unit equal to 10 rials.

    1st Day- Tabriz - Kaleybar :

    1st Day- Tabriz - Kaleybar
    Arriving at Tabriz Airport , driving towards akleybar, en route visiting   Kor Dasht historical bathroom and Khoda Afarin bridge ,over Aras River, will be visited, O/N Kaleybar (Hotel-B)

    2nd Day –Kaleybar :

    2nd Day –Kaleybar

    After breakfast, short time driving and then  hiking(about 2-3 hours) through Arasbaran Height, to visit Babak Castle, which  has been identified as the stronghold of Babak Khorramdin, Iranian Hero who fought the caliphate of Abbasids, O/N Kaleybar (Hotel-B)


    3rd Day-Kaleybar-Meshkin Shahr :

    3rd Day-Kaleybar-Meshkin Shahr
    Driving to Meshkin Shahr, hiking about 2 or 3 hours in Shirvan Valley, (You can visit Shahsavan  Nomads and their black tents in July and get acquainted with their life style), O/N Meshkin Shahr (Hotel-B)

    4th Day-Meshkin Shahr-Ardabil-Sareyn :

    Driving to Sareyn, visiting Ardabil and its highlights including Sheikh Safi-od-din Ardabil complex, driving toward Sareyn , and hiking in Alvares Height located in Sabalan Mountain Slopes about 2 hours , Swimming and relaxing in thermal spring pools in the evening, (You can visit  Nomads and their black tents in the end of Spring and Summer get acquainted with their life style),O/N Sareyn (Hotel-B)

    5th Day-Sareyn-Masouleh-Rasht :

    Driving towards Masouleh, passing through the small towns and cities which are located near Caspian Sea, hiking in the hillside of Gasht village to visit Roud Khan Castle, visiting Masouleh ,this spectacular village, with special stair style of the houses, driving towards Rasht O/N Rasht (Hotel-B)

    6th Day-Rasht-Anzali-Tehran :

    Short time city sightseeing of Rasht, including traditional Bazaar, driving towards Anzali, visiting  this small and beautiful town near Caspian Sea, boating on Anzali lagoon and visiting beautiful landscape , birds and flowers, then heading to Tehran, & visiting Gilan Rural Eco Museum en route, O/N Tehran (Hotel-B)

    7th Day-Tehran :

    Full day city tour of Tehran, visiting some highlights, including Iran Ancient National Museum, Golestan Palace (closed on holly memorial ceremonies) and Abgineh (Glass) Museum (Ancient National & Abgineh Museums are  closed on Mondays & holly memorial),(You can go hiking to the height of Alborz mountain instead of visiting the museums) O/N Tehran (Hotel –B)

    8th Day-Tehran-IKIA Airport :
